Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit requests on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian must submit requests, book appointments, and accept these terms on behalf of any minor.

Booking and consultations

Scheduling is handled through our secure patient portal (Practice Q / Intake Q). A free consultation is not a guarantee of treatment. Whether any medication or program is appropriate is determined by the clinician after evaluation.

SMS and phone

623-303-2060 is monitored during normal business hours via Google Voice. Please do not send emergencies or sensitive health information you would not want transmitted by ordinary SMS. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including copy, images, the Carefree Allergy shield mark, and other logos, is owned by Carefree Allergy, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the site
Send abusive, deceptive, or unlawful messages to our contact channels
Attempt to disrupt, disable, or reverse-engineer the site
